Interested in serving your community? Partners for Active Living is looking for a Food Finances Specialist to develop educational materials, workshops, & online opportunities that will raise awareness & allow low income residents to become more financially stable through improved food security. The project also includes enhancing the Backpack Buddies program & implementing a Food Lab Toolkit at a local convenience store to improve affordable, healthy food options.

 

How to submit your AmeriCorps VISTA application online

1. To start the application process, create an account on my.americorps.gov. This will be where you input your skills, work & volunteer experience, personal statement, & references.
2. Review our 2015-16 service opportunities to determine if you're interested in serving in the Financial Stability cohort or the Behavioral Health cohort.
3. Then, visit the AmeriCorps opportunities page, and search for VISTA opportunities in South Carolina.  Our opportunities are listed as "Agents of Change." You can also use the links below to access the applications directly. Accepting applications April 1 - May 15, 2015.
