The PAL Food Hub creates a sustainable and equitable food system that provides easy and increased access to local, fresh, healthy food. The Hub works to strengthen our local food system by offering more locally grown food to more people in Spartanburg, and it provides a centralized process where buyers can purchase local food from different farmers.
Easy Access to Fresh, Local Food
100% Local
We work with farmers within a 120-mile radius of Spartanburg County. We source food weekly to bring you fresh, in-season produce, local meats, and locally-prepared shelf stable items.
How it works
- Create an account.
- Choose your pick-up location or home delivery preference - free delivery for orders over $25!
- Fill your cart with produce, meat, dairy, eggs, grains and more!
- Complete your order and check out between Thursday and Monday at 2pm.
- Pick up your order between noon and 5:30pm the following Thursday, or look out for your home delivery!
Purchasing options include à la carte ordering or subscription boxes.

Farmers
PAL Food Hub acts as an additional market and takes the burden of marketing off of local farmers and producers.
Hickory Nut Gap Meats
Hickory Nut Gap Meats is a five generation family operated farm that began in 1916. In 2008 the land was put into a conservation easement with the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy.
Bradford Family Farm
Nat Bradford maintains the breedline of his family's 170 year old family heirloom, the Bradford watermelon. The farm produces a variety of crops each year, available through the PAL Food Hub.
Nosh Farm & Bakery
Cultivated with grains from our earth, and milled daily into fresh flour, NOSH Baking Company makes home-made, local bread – from our table to yours.
Buyers
PAL Food Hub provides a centralized process to purchase local food from different farmers and producers.
Restaurants
Your restaurant can connect with a huge list of local farmers through one purchase point through the PAL Food Hub.

How do I get delivery?
We deliver within Spartanburg City limits! If you are inquiring about other locations, please contact us. Deliveries will begin after 12 p.m. on Thursday the following week after you place your order.

The hub provides a centralized process where buyers can purchase local food from different farmers. For farmers, it provides an additional market and reduces the time spent selling their products, giving them more time to grow!
